We had an overall very good stay at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and consistently great quality throughout our visit. A special mention to Ms. Anamika Tiwari Kumar at the front desk, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and accommodating. She was always pleasant to interact with, handled our requests with patience, and ensured that everything was taken care of. Her empathetic approach and commitment to guest satisfaction made a positive difference to our stay. One area that requires improvement is the process of handling room change requests. There was a noticeable delay in making the necessary arrangements, which caused some inconvenience and frustration. We hope the hotel will address this aspect to enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to consider staying here again.

We are a regular visitor to crown plaza Rohini. It's a great place to hangout. Ambience is beautiful. And food is very delicious. Service is prompt. Serve all kinds of food continental,indian, exotic dishes. You must give it a try ,if you love Nice ambience and yummy food.

I highly recommend Palazzo Inn for weddings, family functions, corporate events, and special celebrations. A special thanks to Mr Abhishek [Reception In-charge ] at the reception, who kindly accommodated my early check-in request and even upgraded my room, which made my stay much more comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help.
