We had an overall very good stay at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and consistently great quality throughout our visit.
A special mention to Ms. Anamika Tiwari Kumar at the front desk, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and accommodating. She was always pleasant to interact with, handled our requests with patience, and ensured that everything was taken care of. Her empathetic approach and commitment to guest satisfaction made a positive difference to our stay.
One area that requires improvement is the process of handling room change requests. There was a noticeable delay in making the necessary arrangements, which caused some inconvenience and frustration. We hope the hotel will address this aspect to enhance the guest experience.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to consider staying here again.
Had a wonderful experience at Café Pride's dinner buffet. The variety of food was exceptional, with so many delicious options to choose from. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout. There were simply too many great varieties to taste in one visit! Truly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it.
