I have stayed at this hotel many times, while the rooms are adequte and parking is sufficient, the overall stay is very underwhelming, the food is subpar too. The only good point of the hotel is that the staff is good! I would like give a special mention too Priyadarshini, she takes extremely good care of all the guests in the coffee shop! She is the only reason I still stop by the hotel for a cup of tea even if i am not staying!
Restaurant was ggod,with a wide variety to choose from. Staff have been friendly, especially Priyadarshini. Her ability to assist and service was excellent. Well done 👏 keep it up. Overall ,staff helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you, team Radisson. 🙏

Im from South Africa. Restaurant had superb meals with great staff. Food was tasty, huge variety. Beautiful setup. All staff go the extra mile including house keeping, reception, restaurant, to ensure you have comfortable stay. Bhisha showed such a warm experience during breakfast.
The rooms however are very old with cracked tiles, discoloration of floors etc. Needs serious renovation.
The hotel made a very positive impression. I really liked the quiet location, as it allows you to relax after a busy day. The buffet offered delicious food with beautiful presentation. The staff were especially pleasant: friendly, smiling, and always ready to help, especially Priyadarshini. A great combination of comfort and service.
Really liked padded window sill in rooms. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.
A small suggestion for improvement: more non-spicy meat dishes and having porridge available every day for breakfast would be appreciated
Very clean and hygienic place .. We booked for my family and as they arrived Ms Sri arranged the rooms before time. She is very talented and soft spoken. She took care of them very well .
In terms of price is bit higher comparatively to the rooms as it is old building maintained well
