Reviews
It's nowhere near as bad as the many 1* reviews. The hotel is nice looking, the atrium is impressive as are the rooms in the restaurants. Staff were all helpful and friendly but asking for something to be sorted out in the room was slow. The room itself is decent but as some reviews say they need some refreshing. The kitchens are okay but definitely not something you would make a special trip. Solid internet. So it's fine for a business visit. If you pay top rates and come for a holiday you may be less satisfied.
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Dwarka, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the brand’s reputation or the premium price point. While the property looks grand, the experience was marred by poor maintenance and sub-par dining.
The Issues:
Dining Disappointment: As someone from South India, I found the breakfast spread quite a letdown. The chutneys were poorly prepared and lacked any authentic taste. Even the basics were off—the omelette served to me was completely bland and lacked salt.
Room Maintenance: The room felt neglected. The bathroom taps were loose and practically coming out of the wall.
Lack of Instructions: There were no clear instructions on how to operate the bathtub/hand shower, which led to unnecessary frustration during what should have been a relaxing stay.
The Silver Lining:
The only highlight of the stay was the quality of the toiletries, which were excellent.
Verdict:
Overall, the service and maintenance are not up to the standards one expects from a Radisson property. For the price paid, guests deserve better attention to detail in both the kitchen and room upkeep. I hope the management looks into these basic snags.
Impeccable service and great value at Radisson!
--> The staff at Radisson were absolutely impeccable — the ladies at reception went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the shopping mall. Overall, it’s a great value for money if you want the quality and consistency of the Radisson chain. I would happily stay here again.
Disliked · the view isn’t very inspiring, but it’s easy to fix by keeping the windows closed and drawing the curtains.
Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka offers a convenient stay in Sector 13, Dwarka, with modern amenities and proximity to the metro station. The breakfast at Spring restaurant stands out for its lavish buffet spring
The hotel sits near Dwarka Sector 13 Metro Station, Reliance Mall, and Iskcon Temple, making it ideal for business travelers or those exploring west Delhi. Free self-parking and valet options add convenience, with easy access to the airport in about 30 minutes despite traffic. Nearby eateries like Pizza Hut and Starbucks enhance walkability.
Rooms feature soundproofing, premium bedding, LCD TVs, and workspaces with fireplaces for comfort. Many guests highlight spacious, clean accommodations with blackout curtains and daily housekeeping. However, occasional complaints include outdated furniture, key card glitches, and minor cleanliness lapses in some units
Breakfast at Spring, the all-day dining venue, delivers a vast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Sections span fresh juices (pineapple shines, watermelon less so), fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, and cereals, alongside Indian staples like aloo kulcha, chole, and pao bhaji. Live counters offer customized omelets, dosas, and uttapams, with Continental hits like sausages, potato wedges, and pancakes; desserts tempt but many skip sweets for lighter choices. Natural light floods the spacious space, offering metro and green views, though service can lag at peak times and flavors satisfy without wowing.
Highlights include an outdoor pool, spa (under renovation until 2026), gym, and on-site shopping. Staff often earns praise for friendliness, with quick check-in and helpful concierges. Drawbacks involve inconsistent room service speed and tip expectations from some employees.
I made a serious mistake to visit Radisson blu Dwarka at their spring restaurant at a special occasssion. First of all there is no welcoming approach for a customer and please avoid to dine individually here. As the place was crowded with buffet and some company staff. When we asked we want to dine individually not buffet then a waiter was assigned to us. The ambience was pathetic with too many company staff having buffet, no hospitality infact we had to ask them to put napkins at our table. When we ordered two snack items which was obviously exorbitant for a 5 star but their portion size was pathetic. I mean after waiting for 35 mins they gave me small size 5 dimsums that wasn't even warm. As it was a special occassion so we didn't wanted to get in an argument. But I have honestly experienced way better service, hospitality and good food in normal restaurants. So definetly it was a total mood spoiler for me and never waste your special moments to dine here. Staff doesn't care at all and you are paying a hefty price for cold behavior, small portions with too much waiting time. They should seriously consider getting training from 2 or 3 star rating restaurant as they provide better service then radisson blu.
