I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
A special mention to Simon and his team, who took exceptional care of us during breakfast. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable and welcoming.
Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
We visited the Marina hotel today for lunch and the experience has been less than desirable. We had enquired about the cost for two and were told its 1500₹+taxes and got to know it's 2200₹ after we reached the hotel. It would have been fine if the service was good. They evidently didn't have enough servers as just two of them were busy handling a big party and hurriedly serving us. Dropping food on our plate and running away literally not only the behaviour is disrespectful, it ruined our overall experience. The cherry on the top was that even though the great kebab factory is a buffet restaurant we weren't allowed to pick up our own food. They insisted on serving it to us, casually mentioning the food available and the same hurried service. The big party also in the restaurant however were using the buffet as it is supposed to be.
The only saving grace was that the food was delicious. We paid 8k with more than 300₹ for a subpar service. I am Loyal customer of Radisson Blu, the Noida sec-18 been my favourite, I didn't expect the Delhi branch would be so disappointing.
We loved our stay here. The employees are amazing. They care. Beautiful clean rooms. You cannot beat the location. But, again, best part is employees here. I hope they are being paid accordingly for their awesomeness. They ever take care of dogs outside.
Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Marina, Connaught Place. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city—making it extremely convenient for both work and leisure. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasant.
A special mention to Simon from the restaurant, who made our breakfast experience truly memorable. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His hospitality and professionalism really stood out and added a personal touch to the service.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. Looking forward to staying here again.
A great hotel in the heart of Delhi! The rooms are spacious, clean and have all of your necessary needs. The staff are excellent, looking after your every need immediately, making you feel at home, namely, Sanjay! Security is also an extra touch, 24/7 assistance and they ensure you feel safe. Virendra and Bahrat to name a few, these fellas go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
