Very disappointing experience with Hotel Toronto. While booking, nowhere was it clearly mentioned whether the rooms were AC or non-AC, yet they charged us ₹1000 extra for AC in 2 rooms.
After reaching the hotel, we were informed that no rooms were available and were shifted to another property called Hotel Topaz on their behalf. Our check-in time was 12 PM, but we only received the room around 1 PM, and even then there was no electricity in the room initially.
The AC supply was repeatedly cut off for no reason, probably to save electricity costs. Food management was poor, cleanliness was below average, and the bathroom condition was terrible.
Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and badly managed stay. I would not recommend booking this hotel online

This hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional, which made the stay uncomfortable from the very beginning. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with broken furniture that clearly had not been repaired for a long time. The bathrooms were in very bad condition and not hygienic at all.
The surrounding environment of the hotel was also not pleasant, adding to the overall negative experience. Additionally, the food served at the hotel had no taste and did not meet basic expectations.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. If anyone still plans to stay here, I would advise checking the room thoroughly before making any payment. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Worst experience ever, the rooms were too small, and smelly…. Then I upgraded to the best room they have it i paid double the booking amount.
Their best room has multiple problems like the T.V. , A.C., wasn’t working, they don’t have proper room facilities like the switches weren’t working and the lift is way too small rusty and smelly. They made us to wait for so long to check-in.
Highly disappointed, you can get way more better room for this price ( i paid around 2k for 1 night).
