Had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Inn, Janakpuri. The venue is beautifully maintained with elegant interiors, spacious banquet halls, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is courteous, professional, and always ready to assist guests. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes served hygienically.
The arrangements were well-organized, and every detail was managed efficiently, making the event smooth and memorable. The location on Pankha Road is convenient and easily accessible. I highly recommend Palazzo Inn for weddings, family functions, corporate events, and special celebrations.

Actually I explored the banquet which is located in the basement. The cooling was great and the sofas too. What can be improved is the bowls kept for the food service, they were dirty from the corners that i started finding the clean one . The snacks didn't get refilled.
My stay was truly excellent. The hotel offers outstanding hospitality, well-maintained rooms, and prompt service. The staff is professional and always ready to help. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I will definitely visit again
They said we are upgrading your room and gave a room which is too small. Blankets were kept in wardrobe, when asked for iron & iron board they don't have. In room there was no switch to turn off one light above bed. Which was really bad. Dinner spread was good, staff was a bit helpful during checkin
I only visited the basement hall of this hotel, that is for parties, the hall was good and elegant although there were some problems too, like at a place water was leaking but they fixed it on complaint. Washroom was clean and infrastructure was good but i don't know how to say it, the design was horrible. Since, i am a boy so i don't know about girls washroom but men's washroom was horrible in desgin.
