I travel a lot and have experienced my full share of hotels, this one took it to another level. A true five star treatment, extremely helpful staff and made me feel at home. They were very kind, took every need to heart and this stay has been the best one I've had in a very long time. Restaurants on site, full functional gym, very nice pool. Highly recommended.
Our team traveled from Lucknow to attend an event at Tivoli on 6th June. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Despite reaching earlier than expected, the hotel accommodated us without any inconvenience. The breakfast was fresh, hygienic, and well-prepared. The event venue was beautifully arranged and managed efficiently. We would especially like to thank Mr. Raj Yadav for his outstanding assistance and seamless execution of all arrangements. His dedication truly enhanced our experience.
