Our team traveled from Lucknow to attend an event at Tivoli on 6th June. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Despite reaching earlier than expected, the hotel accommodated us without any inconvenience. The breakfast was fresh, hygienic, and well-prepared. The event venue was beautifully arranged and managed efficiently. We would especially like to thank Mr. Raj Yadav for his outstanding assistance and seamless execution of all arrangements. His dedication truly enhanced our experience.
I had my daughter wedding in April. Service was not good. There is no dedicated person appointed for our function. Food was good. Periphery is so so. DJ did not work at the time of couple entry for wedding . It was so
Ambarrsing They are only interested in deposit of advance money. I will not recommend. It for wedding.

The property itself is lovely, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Their hospitality, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
I would like to extend a special note of appreciation to Mukesh, Avinash, Dharambir, Chandrabhan, and Wasib. These individuals are absolute assets to the hotel. Their professionalism, prompt service, and genuinely helpful nature made a massive difference in my experience.
The excellent service provided by these team members ensures that I will definitely be returning and highly recommending Tivoli Grand to family and friends.

Had a great experience organizing our event here. Everything went really smoothly and the support from the team throughout was genuinely appreciated. The staff was cooperative, polite, and always ready to help whenever needed.
Special mention to Raj ji for being extremely supportive and making sure things were handled properly from start to finish. Also thanks to Pankaj ji for his coordination really helped the event flow smoothly.
