Had a great stay at Novotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming.
A special thanks to Ritik for his excellent service during breakfast. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience even better.

The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was impressively varied, catering to all tastes. A particularly thoughtful touch was the grab-and-go bag they offered, allowing my son to take away freshly baked items from the bakery — a small gesture that made a big difference during our short stay in Delhi!
Great location from the airport, excellent selections of Indian and international dishes and qualified staff! High standard service. Great and highly professional support from IT person Abhishek when dealing with Wifi / printer login. Tasks was executed in timely manner and documents transferred to desk computer then printed as requested. đź‘Ť
Great restaurant with buffet and a la carte options. Beautiful seating areas outside if you want to spend a peaceful time waiting for your flights. Really helpful staff too and some of them very friendly.
The only thing that I didn't find great, for me personally were the rooms. I found my option for a standard twin room, rather small with all our luggage plus us inside it! I had looked at the next option up, for more money but the size of the room seemed the same.
Bathroom clean and a hot shower so a good basic room but found it expensive for what it was. Also buffet dinner for two with two glasses of wine came in at over ÂŁ120! Decent food and excellent service but not quite worth that price!
Location is perfect for flights
Staff courteous, some friendly and all helpful.
Would possibly stay next time I'm in India, later in the year but would book well in advance and look at a better level of room.
One last thing, the rooms are VERY noisy! I could hear loud conversation and everytime next door got a notification on their phone! Not the best sleep so earplugs are a must!
I stayed at the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable for anyone traveling through IGI Airport—it’s incredibly convenient while still providing a quiet, upscale atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in a major transit hub.
The facilities are modern, the check-in process was efficient, and the dining options were excellent. However, what truly stood out during my visit was the **exceptional level of service** from the staff.

I want to give a special shout-out to Sohan from the housekeeping team. He took care of my room and did an outstanding job. It wasn’t just about the cleanliness—which was spotless—but the attention to detail and his polite, professional demeanor. Coming back to a perfectly turned-down room after a long day made a huge difference in my stay.
