Whilst staying at Hilton, Saket, I used their services on multiple occasions for pick-up and drop-off laundry. The clothes were wonderfully packaged and perfectly ironed.
These guys will ruin your clothes and then blame you. Forget apology, they will not even acknowledge that they have made a mistake. Even if they do pick your call to receive a complaint, they will keep making you run pillar to post and then blame you that you are the one at fault. DO NOT trust them with your nice or expensive clothes, you will regret it. I am regretting it. Please see the screenshots.
I had been regular customer of spotless wasche from past 2-3 years. Never had any complain regarding their cleaning services. They pickup the laundry within 2 hours(maximum) and return in 24 hrs (mostly in a day).
Quite satisfied with the overall service and behavior of front desk staff. Always 5 star for such a service
Waste of money...entire staff is so rude and I'll mannered...they only charge money...Service is pathetic and high priced...similar services at other platform are at much economical prices...Blanket stain was not even removed... they didn't even wash them....and they are good at giving lame excuses.....kindly don't waste your money and time...
Pathetic Service! I gave curtains to be washed and I got then back folded with some fragrance as it is ! Just opened them and saw that they were still completely dirty ! Not even a patch was cleaned ! They took full payment but returned clothes as it is !
Pathetic people who work there ! Instead of solving the problem right away or taking the clothes back to washing ! They ask me to wait for their response !
Never gonna use this laundry again ! There are many other great laundries who would justify the price they take for their service
