Our team at DUMASS (yes, that’s actually our company name... Digital User Marketing And Strategic Solutions, thank you very much) had never faced a legal threat this intense. We’re usually too busy being good little law-abiding citizens. But one fine day, we were blindsided with a potentially soul-crushing IP case — the kind that makes your stomach drop and your coffee taste like regret.
