Extremely disappointing experience at ST Auto Trader, Naiwala. Mr. Raghav’s behavior was rude and arrogant—no sense of how to speak to customers. If they can’t provide proper tyre service or support, the least they can do is maintain basic courtesy. Tameez toh honi chahiye.
I was told by the owner of a nearby shop that they offer no after-sale service, and that Mr. Raghav regularly behaves this way with others too. Clearly, this isn’t a one-off issue.
Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service, or respectful treatment.
Owner and staffs are very polite and co operative must visit this store for purchase.
Yesterday I visit S R Auto Traders, owner is young and very polite. I bought TVS tire on the recommendation of owner for both wheel. Let's see how much it works. I will update result after use.
I had quite good exp. With them as i am a bike enthusiast and ride bike and do touring on it, i own many bikes, so for my yezdi adventure looking for motocross tyres at karol bag (going to leh and zanskar)but was not able to get it as required tyres size, and miss guided by one of the leading tyre retailer at karol bag later i met sr auto trades and he guided me well and informed the tyre size i am looking is available but need to book and wait for 2 days so i did the same and the tyre got delivered to my location as well, thanks to Mr. Raghav for helping me out, i recommend all the guys to reach him and get good deals
Pathetic service..poor understanding about business..they will keep avoiding your work. I really don't understand how can a company like TVS makes such dealers who spoils their brand name.
Definitely my bike's tyre had cracks.and as I was guided by tvs service center I visited your shop with all the required documents and letter from the service center. But I am really surprised to know that you haven't met me not even a single time during my three visits and have replied to my review just because I let your guy to take the old Tyre for you to make any comment without any proof. Also just for your information I am yet to receive my bill and warranty card. I hope you understand what kind of service you are providing.
