I had care givers from this agency for nearly 3 years. Rajan Pathak was very prompt in providing replacements and understanding our requirements. Many of the attendants are untrained but one can train them according to our needs. The last 2 attendants took good care of my mother until she passed away. However monitoring them on a regular basis is necessary. He also has the option of renting out medical equipments. So it becomes a good one stop arrangement. He manages the attendants efficiently. I wish Protection Health Care all the best

I was referred to this company thru an Airforce contact. I want pleasantly surprised to know they lease medical equipment too . We needed a day time 12 hrs attendant for my mother & we were able to arrange that in a short period of time. The only thing customers need to know is that there is a 15 day minimum contract. So if you need someone for a few days this company is not for you. Also if you add more days after the first 15 days they require a 2 day cancellation notice. I feel they need to be a bit more flexible with this policy.
Overall the owner Rajan was very quick & professional to respond to our needs. I highly recommend them
