Sales manship is very interesting. When enquired parts availability and price + discount. It was conveyed available with old rate and 15 % discount on phone but when physically went there to purchase the parts it was new price and discount given 10% only.So I am happy to see how he brings his customer to his counter with the above sales tricks.
