Don’t ever go to them. They unnecessarily charge extra money for small things.
Just 20 days back, I had a hinge issue in my Dell laptop and paid ₹4200 for the repair. Now, I am facing a screen issue as well. I honestly don’t know what they did at that time, but when I visited them again, they immediately said the screen needs to be replaced and quoted ₹10,000 for it.
Later, I checked with several other repair companies, and they quoted only around ₹3000–₹4000 for the same screen replace. I also casually asked them about hinge repair charges, and most of them said it usually costs only ₹1200–₹1500 maximum.
I would strongly suggest everyone avoid them. They are taking unfair advantage of people’s hard-earned money.
Another thing I noticed is that they ask customers to give Google reviews while standing in front of them so they can maintain good ratings. Later, if any issue happens, they simply say that the customer themselves gave a good review on Google.

Terrible place. Took 25k for my dell Inspiron laptop. Damaged the body . Sold fake adapter and ruined backlit keyboard. Installed fake battery and fan. Pasted everything with feviquick. They make you post positive reviews before giving laptop.
