Their services worth 1500/- costed me an additional 850/-, thanks to their highly unprofessional beautician. I had specifically told her to get a face steam machine. She got a faulty one, and admitted that it's power switch doesn't work. Still she inserted it in the plug, and when it did not work, she tried switching it on with her metal key, causing a short circuit in my home.
Additionally, the services were so amazing, she was not even ready to listen to how I want things, was very rude, applied wax on both legs completely, then started waxing off (patches, what are they?). All the time she was promoting, different products and more expensive services. Additionally, she was time and again emphasizing that she runs her own private home beauty salon aswell, and I should book directly with her next time. My entire room was dirty, she did not get powder for waxing, sheets for the bed, nothing.
Tbh, the worst service ever received. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star, would have definitely given it. Never booking again.
