Extremely disappointing experience – faulty device, zero support, feels like a scam

I rented hearing aids from this company hoping for a genuine solution, but from day one the device was faulty (constant cracking sound, not helping to amplify the sound). I reported the issues immediately and followed up repeatedly through messages, emails, and phone calls.

What I got in return:
- No proper technical support or replacement
- Never received an invoice despite asking multiple times
Ignored messages for weeks
- There is guy with the name of 'Rahul Yadav' who I was dealing with and he is biggest culprit here.

In total they took ₹29,000 from me for a device that never worked properly and for a “service” that simply doesn’t exist after they have your money.
Many of the 5-star reviews look suspiciously similar and posted in clusters – my personal experience makes me seriously doubt their authenticity.
If you’re looking to rent hearing aids, don’t approach them; otherwise, be prepared to lose your hard-earned money without finding a solution to your hearing problem.
