When you visit them, they ask for good feedback even before showing you the PG or flat. They speak very politely at first, but once you actually move into the place, they completely stop helping. As college students, we are new to many things, and people like this take advantage of that. They lie about the owners and make everything look perfect, but the reality is totally different.
The flat they showed us was not student-friendly at all — we couldn’t even stay there peacefully for a month. Within the first month, we had to leave, losing both our rent and security deposit. They only care about their commission or fee, no matter how many lies they have to tell to get it.
I would not recommend them to any student looking for honest and reliable accommodation.
The property dealers are excellent here. They arranged a very beautiful flat for me at a very reasonable price in very short time. The brokerage is also very reasonable. Everyone should visit here to get the best accomodation.
