Pathetic staff efficiency,service and commitment. They don't care about customers after getting and moving the shipment. Before shipment they urge and commit u best service amd best prices but after getting shipment or shipments in the end customer have to bear extra expenses due to negligence of handling staff.

Y&H is not at all a reliable company, I had very bad experience to work with them, no commitment at all, evey time they changed their own quotation which was on paper and charged extra amount to harrase us that do would not issued unless you pay that extra amount. Never ever recommend to any one. Beware of this fraud company.

Had a horrible experience with them. Their sales agent comfirms a quote and when cargo arrives says he under quoted by mistake and the charges will be higher if need to release your goods. Its literally like hijacking your goods and demanding excess payment. My CHAs, Transporters, literally everyone has blacklisted them. Total frauds. DO NOT place your valuable goods in their custody. They will lure you in with low price and then demand higher price after cargo arrives. They even provide fake invoices of liners to over charge you.
