Extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Varun at Wheels Lover Stoppage.
I was considering purchasing a tyre worth approximately ₹35,000 and simply asked for the year of manufacture of the tyre a perfectly reasonable question for any buyer making a purchase of that value. Instead of providing the information professionally, Mr. Varun reacted negatively.
When customers are willing to spend a significant amount of money, they deserve transparency and courteous service. The manufacturing date of a tyre directly affects its value, performance, and shelf life, so asking about it should not be treated as an inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the interaction came across as unnecessarily arrogant and dismissive. Attitudes like this can drive potential customers away and ultimately hurt the business more than the customer.
Would not recommend based on my experience.
Useless waste shop, probably scammers. I had ordered a tyre through an online portal. When even after few days the same was not dispatched, I looked into the order details and found them to be the sellers.
I called them to check if they have the desired tyre size, because the manufacturer has already stopped the production. They informed me that the tyre is approximately 3 years old and they have mailed the online portal to confirm if that's OK. I told them that I am the ultimate buyer and if they want I can confirm that. They asked me to give the confirmation on WhatsApp. I did so.
However the tyre wasn't dispatched. When I again enquired, they informed me that there is some logistical issue. This kept on going for more than a week. By second or third day I could sense that they didn't have that size and giving false excuse as logistical issue can't last in a city like Delhi for so many days.
Finally after 10 days, maybe on pressure from the online portal they came up with an excuse that they have returned the tyre to the company as it was more than 7 years old, and not sfe to use.
Good that I ordered it through an online portal considering the cancelation formalities.
One must never engage with these non reliable suppliers directly. They never say no to anything whereas they hardly have 10 to 15% of the stuff from their entire catalogue, and try arrange whatever possible from here or there. In that event they waste my 10 days.
I purchased tyres for my Porsche cayenne and have fresh Pirelli tyres in stock. And service was also good
This the fourth time when I visited wheels lover. The kind of service and benefits customers are getting is as per industry standards. They pass on the benefits not known to customers such as tyre warranties matter.
Strongly recommend for tyre lovers.
Amazing facility and good response from owners and staff about clarity and my questions about tyres. They give proper time to my query which tyres are best for my car. I got new tyres from them in my Hyundai Creta. If somebody wants to get new tyres for their car this is right place to have it
