The company is very good, and the staff is very cooperative. The company also has a separate cafeteria, which is a great facility. My reporting manager Vivek Panwar Sir has a very good and polite in nature, and the HR Kiran mam and Shivangi mam is also very kind and supportive. They have given me one of the best opportunities to grow my career, and I am truly grateful for it. Also In the month end watsoo celebrate birthday of the employees. My senior IT Engineer Mr. Subhajit is very good in nature and supportive. The company also takes good care of cleanliness and hygiene.
I had a very disappointing experience with the company. Their HR contacted me several times to schedule an interview. However, just three minutes before the interview was supposed to start, I received a call saying that the panel was not available.
If the panel was not available, the interview should not have been scheduled in the first place. This shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and poor coordination from the recruitment team.
I hope the company improves its interview management process in the future.
