Very bad experience with this website. The chair is extremely low quality with cheap material and poor durability. Not worth the price at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I ordered two office chairs, but they delivered them in completely different colors than what was agreed upon. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they casually told me to “adjust.”
I clearly requested a replacement, but after that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.
Their service is extremely poor, communication is terrible, and they do not stand by what they promise. It feels like once they receive payment, they simply don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
I strongly advise others not to purchase anything from them. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support or resolution. This has been a frustrating and wasteful experience.
