Horrible, humiliating and extremely frustrating experience at Vetic, Sector 17 Dwarka.
Despite booking an appointment slot in advance and reaching on time, I was made to wait unnecessarily. The attitude seemed to change completely once the grooming and vaccination package had already been sold.
As customers who have paid in advance, we are left with only two choices:either tolerate poor service or lose our money. This is unacceptable.
If Vetic cannot provide proper and timely service after taking payment for packages, they should offer a refund.
Pet parents, please be careful before purchasing packages. Service should not end once the payment is received.
Due to bad treatment of my beloved dog bruno today he is not with us and they have killed him 😞 will never recommend anyone to visit clinic of vetic , they have not only killed my dog but also created unnecessary bills and looted us fully . Worst experience of my life
I recently visited the Dwarka Sector 17 branch of Vetic for an emergency as my pet was unable to urinate. I genuinely appreciate the doctors and medical treatment provided — the consultation and care were good.
However, I was disappointed during billing. A “Pet Wellness_3_Hygiene_Package (12 Months)” was added to my invoice without clearly asking for my consent. I was informed about a “free spa” only at the time of leaving, which made me realize that a membership package had been added.
I had visited only for an emergency consultation and was not interested in any annual package at that time. I believe such packages should only be added after clear discussion and customer approval.
I request the management to kindly review this matter and assist with clarification/refund if applicable.

I had a wonderful experience at Vetic Pet Clinic, Dwarka Sec-17. The clinic is super clean, modern, and very well-organized.
