Excellent dog clinic with professional and caring staff. Doctor clearly explained the issue and treatment. My pet is recovering well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable veterinary care.”
Today, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I have been taking my pet to him for more than 5 years, but suddenly his attitude completely changed. He refused to properly see or treat my pet, which was very disappointing and upsetting.
Instead of showing care and responsibility, his behavior felt greedy and unprofessional. A doctor who cannot handle a situation calmly should not blame or disrespect a pet parent. I did not expect this kind of treatment after being a loyal client for so many years. Hate this clinic
I had a truly excellent experience at Vet Pro Clinic in Ashok Vihar with my cat. The staff was incredibly good—very caring and professional. The cleanliness of the clinic is super, which is so important for pet health, and they have super facilities. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent
Worst vet to ever exist. Our cat died due to this vet. My cat suffered so much because of them. They made him so weak. Shame on this vet for doing this just for the sake of money. Guys please avoid this vet if you don’t want to harm your respective pets. Be safe guys.
If you love your pet, do NOT take them here. The place is not cat-proof and the ‘professionals’ there did nothing as the cat they were treating ran out into the street. What kind of vet place does not have doors in place or any measure to protect and prevent pets from running out? It is extremely dangerous. I hope they have learnt a lesson and will animal-proof it as a vet office should. Please do better!
