Very disappointing and stressful experience at this hospital. As a pet owner, I was already worried, but instead of proper guidance, I was made to panic even more.
The doctor kept saying that we were already 10–15 days late and made the situation sound much more serious than it actually was. This created unnecessary fear and pressure.
On top of that, the treatment did not feel proper. Injections were not given correctly and even the IV fluids/bottles were not administered properly. It felt careless and not up to the standard one expects when their pet’s health is at stake.
Within just 3 days, our bill reached around ₹15,000 without clear explanation. This was very shocking and mentally exhausting. It honestly felt like things were being exaggerated just to make money.
Later, when I consulted two other vets, they clearly said that the case was not that complicated. That made me realize that the panic created earlier was unnecessary.
As a pet parent, this experience was very upsetting. When your pet is unwell, you trust the doctor completely, and breaking that trust is the worst part.
I would not recommend this place. Please be careful and always take a second opinion.
Staff are rigid n rude.
Don't leave your dog in boarding they don't even care and don't treat him properly neither go to there room ...

Telling the whole story, my dog of 12 years didn't eat anything for 5 days while constant vomiting and when i gave this clinic a visit they figured out in a day she has an infection or underlying disease and a day after when her ultrasound reports came we found out she had pyrometra grade 4. We got her treatment and surgery done from this clinic. Doctor very skillfully removed 1.2 kgs of infected and swollen uterus from her abdomen. My baby's all good and fine now 🧿. most affordable clinic if we compare from any clinic in dwarka. Highly suggested if you're opting for a private veterinary hospital instead of government one
We spayed our female dog(Pepsi) here and the owner, doctor and staff are too humble & experienced. Their clinic is also very neat and hygienic. They know their work very well. Charges also reasonable...well equipped clinic and easy to find place.
