❌⚠️I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Urmi Groups maid services, and I feel it is important to share my honest review so that others who genuinely need reliable household help can make a morinformed decision.

I initially contacted Urmi Groups because I was in urgent need of a dependable maid service. Like many working individuals, I rely on such services to manage daily household chores efficiently. At first, the company appeared professional—they responded to my inquiry and assured me that they provide trained and experienced staff. Based on their promises, I decided to go ahead with their service, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, what followed was quite the opposite.

The maid assigned to me lacked basic professionalism and consistency. From the very beginning, punctuality was a major issue. She frequently arrived late, and on multiple occasions, she didn’t show up at all without any prior notice. This created a lot of inconvenience, especially on days when I had a tight schedule and was depending on her presence. When you hire a service like this, reliability is the most basic expectation, and sadly, that was completely missing.

In addition to punctuality issues, the quality of work was also far below expectations. The cleaning was often incomplete, with several areas either ignored or poorly handled. Tasks that were clearly discussed in advance were either rushed through or not done at all. For example, basic chores like dusting, proper floor cleaning, and kitchen maintenance were not carried out with care. It often felt like I had to either redo the work myself or constantly supervise, which defeats the entire purpose of hiring a maid service.

Another major concern was the lack of training and attention to detail. A professional maid service should ensure that their staff is well-trained in handling household tasks efficiently and hygienically. However, in my experience, the maid seemed unaware of even standard cleaning practices. There was no sense of responsibility or ownership towards the work, and it reflected clearly in the results.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the company’s poor customer support. Whenever I tried to raise concerns or request a replacement, the response from Urmi Groups was slow and unhelpful. It often took multiple follow-ups just to get a basic reply. Even when they did respond, there was no real effort to resolve the issue. Promises were made but not fulfilled, and the same problems continued without any improvement.

At one point, I requested a replacement maid, hoping that things might get better. While the company agreed, the process took longer than expected, and the replacement did not significantly improve the situation. It became clear that the problem was not just with one individual but possibly with the company’s overall management and quality control.

Another issue I faced was the lack of proper communication. There was no clear system for updates, scheduling, or feedback. If the maid was going to be absent, I was not informed in advance. This lack of transparency made it very difficult to plan my day and manage my responsibilities effectively.

From a financial perspective, the service did not justify the cost at all. When you pay for a professional service, you expect a certain level of quality, reliability, and accountability. Unfortunately, Urmi Groups failed to deliver on all three aspects. It felt like a waste of money, time, and energy.

Overall, my experience with Urmi Groups has been frustrating and disappointing. I approached them with genuine need and trust, but the service I received did not meet even basic expectations. From unprofessional staff and poor quality work to weak customer support and lack of accountability, the entire experience was far from satisfactory.

Poor services...believe me its a scam. They will promise for replacement, they will say that they will provide a professional who is experienced, has worked in dubai, canada etc. They will extract your money after few months maid will run away.
We hired a full time maid ( Anju kaur), agency person satish made an agreement of 11 month with commitment of 3 replacements.In trial period of 3 days maid behaved nicely but after full payment that maid started throwing tantrums, always threaten us that she will not work anymore if we say anything to her. Always asked for advance salary, We informed agency person but nothing changed. Then we got to know that she had never been in a job for more than 2-3 months.( maid herself told us proudly ) And after 5 months one day she took her salary and ran away without informing us. Fortunately she was living in servant room which is outside of our flat,so we didn't face any major loss .We informed agency person satish and he said she has not stolen anything from your house so its not a big deal i will provide another maid. But after that he stopped recieving our calls, we tried to contact him multiple times but neither he provided any replacement nor we got any refund. It has been more than 4 months but not a single msg or call from their side.Worst experience.... we trusted this agency after checking positive reviews but now i think all these positive reviews are fake. Not recommended at all.clear example of fraud and cheating.

They obey the safety measures every time and keep well hygiene standards always. Carers are always on time, caring and have a habit of sharing details about our child’s feeding schedule. The teacher is reassuringly professional and we are completely at ease knowing that our sweet baby girl is well cared for. The online reservation system is the thing that I liked the most, a simple procedure and affordable rates are to be mentioned as well.
