They are just fooling around people.. Service is pathetic and their product (e-loader) is too bad. They just used low quality and low watts motors, small tires or products and charge you for the full.. I just went to them through google reviews so check before you buy. Also note that they do not have any home service or mechanic who can visit home so if your vehicle stops in between you have to get it towed to their place every time even the fault is minor. I just bought it 2 months back and regretting it..
