Very bad experience with this company.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
The customer is the one continuously following up for tyre replacement, while there has been little to no proactive communication from the company.
After numerous follow-ups, I finally received a call from the team, only to be informed that their vehicle had broken down and they would not be able to reach for the tyre replacement.
Extremely disappointing service and poor customer support. Customers deserve timely updates and better commitment towards resolving their issues.
Do not trust them with anything guys. They literally went MIA on the day of fittment and after the service time had ended they informed me that “sorry the tyres are out of stock”. I called the customer care 10 times and they couldn’t get an update earlier. It’s better to just go with your local garage. This seems convenient at first but takes more time and effort for them to actually come through.
Very nice experience to get tyres replaced at door step. Very quick & prompt service. Have used it twice to order ceat milaze x5 tyres. Ordered via Flipkart and the seller is Tyresnmore. The 2nd time there was a technical glitch which was brilliantly handled by Mr Kundan Gupta from Tyresnmore. He replied immediately and resolved our issues & tyres were installed the very next day. Their prices are also the lowest in market . I would recommend ordering from them instead of going to a nearby store. Also tyres were less than a month old so no seeking old tyres .
Excellent work done by Ranjeet and Aditya from TyresNMore . Knowledgeable about their job and polite in their conversation. Very good experience , strongly recommend.
