I recently purchased custom-made tiles from The Tiles House. The tiles were on the expensive side, but I opted for them because they were being made specifically in the colour I wanted. Initially, the colour came out wrong, but to their credit, they replaced them and provided the correct shade. The owner, Shubham, has always been polite and helpful in his interactions, and I genuinely wish I didn’t have to write this review.
However, I’ve been facing a major issue with the tiles themselves. After installation of a small sample area in my store, we noticed that every single time someone walks on them, they develop extremely strong stains. These stains do not wipe off easily and require intense cleaning with specific tile cleaners, which is not practical for daily use.
Because of this, I have not been able to proceed with the flooring for the last four months, and the tiles, despite being fully paid for, are lying unused. I have reached out multiple times requesting a solution or guidance, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any workable response so far.
This has caused a significant delay and financial loss on my end, and I feel it’s important for potential buyers to be aware. Custom-made tiles are a major investment, and durability should not be an issue especially when the flooring of a commercial space is meant to withstand daily footfall. Considering their expertise, they ought to have foreseen the possibility of this outcome under the protocol and communicated it to us
I truly hope the brand can take responsibility and offer a resolution, because no customer should be left in this position after such an expensive purchase.
We bought beautiful tiles for our balconies, flooring and bathrooms at the Tiles House. They have a great collection starting from the reasonable range to the higher one. I went to them with pinterest pictures that I want to create this look, and they helped me with the exact same tiles to create the look.
