I’ve been a regular customer and have always posted positive reviews about this salon. One month after my most recent appointment the white polish on my nail tips began chipping and scraping within two days. I contacted the salon; their team replied that their policy requires repairs within five days. I explained I would be traveling and would be back in 20–25 days. They offered a complimentary refill at my next visit as compensation. Today, when I returned, the technician said my nail condition wasn’t suitable for a refill, yet staff insisted I accept the complimentary service immediately or forfeit it. I’m posting photos, videos, and chat screenshots as evidence. Disappointed with the inconsistency and pressure.
They are truly excellent at customer service and make every client feel comfortable. Even though mine was the last appointment…they patiently waited for me to finish my work and didn’t compromise on perfection.
A big thank you to Anish for the pedicure ..he’s really skilled and has a great understanding of pressure and pressure points. Also Riya who assisted me, was very quick and professional. She instantly understood what my nails needed just by looking at them.
Nails started lifting within 2 weeks with it almost about to come off at week 4. Very poor application. Not a good experience personally. Would not recommend
It was my FIRST TIME getting nails done (in my life) and not kidding- the service here is amazing! Shoutout to Fatima for being patient and give my nails a beautiful makeover that I didn’t know I needed.
The Nail Company also provides 10mins complimentary foot massage and cuticle oil. Staff is polite and professional.
Overall - loved the experience here and I highly recommend.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Nail Company, Greater Kailash! A big shoutout to Jeni for her incredible work and attention to detail—she truly made the acrylic nails look flawless. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service.
