I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding my recent purchase from Teleten Technologies Limited. Below are the details of the issues I have encountered:
Product Received: I ordered two LPDA 14 dBi antennas and 25 meters of LMR 400 cable. However, upon receiving the products, I found that the cable sent was not LMR 400 but another type. After researching, I discovered that the cable provided is significantly different and not a suitable replacement for LMR 400, which is more expensive and higher quality.
Product Performance: Despite being informed that the 14 dBi antennas would significantly improve my internet speed, I found no noticeable difference after installing them with my TP-Link MR600 router, which supports band locking and carrier aggregation. The performance remained the same as before, making the antennas ineffective for my needs.
Return Policy: According to your website, there is a 14-day return policy, provided the customer bears the shipping costs both ways. Despite reaching out to your support team within this period and expressing my willingness to cover these costs, I received no response. This lack of communication and support is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Given these issues, I kindly request a resolution. I am willing to pay for the shipping costs to return the products and expect a full refund for my purchase. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly.
