I would like to give 5 stars for the excellent support provided by Mr. Karan and Mr. Sonu from Tek Logic Engineers.
Situation:
Mera LED ka panel toot gaya tha, and I contacted Tek Logic Engineers. I spoke with Mr. Karan, who arranged a used panel for me on my request and got it fitted properly.
However, I was not satisfied with the colour quality. I again spoke with Mr. Karan, explained my concern clearly, and shared a video for reference.
What impressed me the most:
The very next day, Mr. Sonu immediately picked up the panel and refunded my full amount, without any hesitation or unnecessary questions.
I genuinely want to thank Tek Logic Engineers from the bottom of my heart, especially Mr. Sonu, who made 2–3 visits to my home just to ensure I was helped properly.
