DO NOT BUY ANY product from TECHMATE I don’t recommend anyone to buy from tech mate at all.beware they don’t answer the phone nor any support is provided.there are more committed brands who are giving good service.unprofessional.
Our experience with Techmate industries has been very frustrating. The oven has broken down, getting support has been extremely difficult. Even from the very beginning, they’re not very helpful with setting up everything.
We’ve made several attempts to get help, but the assistance provided has been inadequate. This lack of reliable service is unacceptable, especially for a commercial setup where downtime directly affects business.
Bought all the bakery machines for our setup in Leh. The product quality is top-notch and performance has been excellent so far. However, the after-sales service needs improvement, especially considering remote locations like Leh where timely support is crucial. Overall, great machines, but better service support would make the experience much better.
Arun is a good sales person. Fulfilled all the requirements. Kanika is very efficient and quick in arranging this. All SP FOODWORKS is having a good working relationship with tech mate. Good job
So, it was my first purchase with techmate industries. I bought a unox oven in the model xft023. The oven is no doubt a 10/10 product. They don't believe in just selling the product but also they guide you well with the product handling and necessary info that a user must know. They are authorised dealer of unox, you will find almost every model of unox here. Must go for this company. I am now gonna be their permanent customer. 😊💯
