Last year at last date of filling wrong timings were committed by ca mr rohit thus i complained but got rude behaviour in return which wasnt professional and return filed was not correct & had to file again & for salary return i was asked 1.5k while it is 500 inr to 1k on many platforms & for business return with mutliple gains was asked 1.5k which is usually 1k...i still was even ok with that amount...all things were calculated & given from my end initially, I ignored last year's experience to give another chance...This year i was approached by their staff Miss Anjali...2-3 times & when i prepared all data where they had to do no calcualtion...again after submission of data to them in last month this time they directly doubled amount & asked 5k plus 1.5k for same accounts of last year..and i was shocked & when asked why they say lot of risk & multiple gains are there..while risk is always on us stating when they file on our behalf & last return was filed inaccurate at 1st & i said nothing....so there was no logic to say if we file wrong u,l ask us...& there were no calculations...80% work was done just technical filling left but i was told sir you can look somewhere else...this was rude & i feel my rates were doubled looking at my income not actually charged by market slab ....last year also all was calculated & given ...while they had calculation & submission format mistakes at their end which i did not complained for but still while filling even i told about which itr would be appropriate for me....so either pay double or leaving me in this last month like this is unprofessional, In between year i got notice also & i approached but got no reply from ca for weeks & was told they are in family function....& i felt lack of support...no 1 was at backup in company.....& this time they left me in middle & demanding & overcharging stating illogical reasoning with double prices...its not ethical, Would not recommend their services, Pls avoid.
