Enjoyed a wonderful family trip to Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty, Coorg, and Coimbatore with Swan Tours, and the entire experience truly exceeded our expectations. This was our third tour with Swan Tours in the last four years, and once again, we found the company to be extremely safe, reliable, and professional in every aspect.

Since we were not familiar with the hotels in South India, we completely trusted the team’s recommendations — and every property selected, including Ramanshree, Holiday Inn, and Club Mahindra, was excellent in terms of comfort, location and service.

The Innova provided from Bangalore Airport till our final departure from Coimbatore Airport was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the journey.

A very special thanks to our driver, Mr. Krishan Rao, who truly went far beyond his duty. He not only drove safely and courteously but also acted like a knowledgeable local guide. He made extra efforts to show us several important attractions that were not even part of the itinerary, without charging anything additional. He also introduced us to some of the best hygienic and reasonably priced local South Indian restaurants, which made the trip even more authentic and memorable.

We recently completed our trip to Meghalaya, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh in May 2026 with Swan Tours, and the entire experience was exceptionally well organised.

Since we had senior citizens travelling with us, we were particular about comfort, safety, and proper planning. Swan Tours customised the sightseeing schedule perfectly according to our requirements and pace. The team also took special care of our food preferences throughout the journey. All hotels were informed well in advance regarding pure vegetarian meals and specific dietary requirements for the senior citizens in our group. Wherever required, the hotels made special meal arrangements to ensure fresh, hygienic, and suitable food was available without any inconvenience. In addition, Swan Tours ensured that ground floor rooms were arranged at every property for the comfort and convenience of the elderly members travelling with us.

One of the biggest advantages was the value for money. The hotels provided by Swan Tours were at highly competitive and discounted prices compared to market rates. The Urbania vehicle arranged for the journey was brand new, extremely comfortable, and ideal for long-distance travel in the Northeast. Our driver was humble, patient, and drove very safely throughout the trip.

What truly stood out was the constant support from the Swan Tours team. Their executives remained in regular touch during the entire journey and were always eager to assist whenever required.

I was planning a golden triangle trip from Delhi covering Vrindavan, Mathura, Agra and Jaipur and came across Swan Tours. Engaged them and Kabir from their team assisted me with planning the logistics of the tour including travel and hotel accommodations at three different cities.

We just completed the tour yesterday and I must say we had a great experience visiting these cities, thanks to Swan and their team. Kabir did a great job in ensuring that we were taken care of during our journey by constantly chatting with us and checking if we were comfortable.

Our tour driver was very good and accomodative. He had a good idea about the tourist attractions in the cities we were visiting and gave us advice on managing our time effectively.

13 of us, cousins and families from Kochi did a tour to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer from 4th to 12th November 2025. When we planned the trip, while searching for tour operators, we chanced upon Swan Tours. We had lots of apprehensions about engaging and agent in a far away city, with whom we had no prior experience.

We decided to take a chance and ended up talking with Mr. Kabir from Swan Tours. He understood our apprehensions and did all he could to make us comfortable. He arranged a call with his GM and gave us a few references whom we could contact.

We just got back from the tour and I have no hesitation to state that we had a superb experience. We flew to Delhi and Swan arranged a 15 seater van right from Delhi airport and for the next 8 days we travelled in the same van till the time we flew back to Kochi from Jodhpur. The driver was very polite and patient, he accommodated all our additional requests and played a major role in giving us a great experience.
