I call them for course enquiry and found them very rude.
Since my first question was about classes and fees but rather then sharing the complete information about institute and their classes and running courses, they asked me where od I live and my age bcz they said they advice the course as per age, if i am 18 to 22 then 1yr course and if I am 35 to 45 then 3 months.
I believe it is financial institution and to join any course first thing supposed to be my qualification and field of experience. However , since the conversation about age so I said I have only 1 month so that gentelmen answer me that we have no course for u bye.
I found entire conversation rude and full of arrogance, I felt professionalism and respect were missing. They may no bother about students since if they give complete introduction of the institute will help me to take decisions for me, to refer my family member and friends.
