One of the worst service you can imagine.
My E- rickshaw's battery has been malfunctioning.
I have tried to reach DDA Kalkaji service branch but they always say visit next week our engineer is not available it has been 20 days this drama keeps going on. I have connected with their official number through their website but no use they don't even know how to talk nor they see what's app messages. ( Beware of fake good rating and reviews)
Still my problem is not solved. Who is liable for my losses due to their pathetic services. There are much more to say but it's worthless.
