Social Eyes

Words fall short to express how grateful I am to be working with Social Eyes for building my brand. I am currently in the process of building an international Ayurvedic brand and while I was finding an agency for my branding work, my website work and my social media management, I came across Social Eyes. I was wishing to find people who are great at their job and are essentially good people and I have to say I found just that in Social Eyes, something I really thank my lucky stars for.

Right from the offset, all their team members are such lovely people to work with. Daniyal, their business development manager understood my needs and my budget boundaries and worked thoughtfully within them. Shreya mam, their director of operations is one of the most humble and kind people that I have ever come across. Whenever I reached out to her, I was met with compassion and clear understanding of my creative needs. During every moment when I raised a concern, she was always quick to respond effectively.

Shambhavi, my account manager, who is mostly the first person I reach out to, at times I start my work of the day by messaging her about something that needs to be done is always available with a smile and a lot of patience. There have been countless occasions when I would have asked her to make changes on something and each time she would respond me on priority and positively.

I would also like to thank Tanya, who wrote content for my brand. She is another of their wizards behind the scenes who is brilliant with words. Whenever I reached out to her, I felt nothing but kindness.

Ashish, who works on website building is another lovely individual. There were times when I reached out to him over some technical doubts that I had, and each time I was met with clarity.

Social Eyes is a great team of such talented creative people, who work as a team and are always positively contributing to one another's scope of work. There must be so many of them in the team, whom I don't know, who work behind the scenes but are heroes in their own accord. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
