I had been shifted my home from Noida to Delhi and I hired snehe movers and packers he has pack each and every single item and with three Lear and shyam is visited in my home see all thing. He has leading his team very professional way and I want say this he is best for Packers and movers work in Noida.you should allso give him one chance for service . thank shyam and all team members
Guys, please beware of these unprofessional people 'running' this company. Please be specially aware if 'Shyam' is the surveyor. Taking service from these guys completely ruined my experience of moving into a new home.
They dont have an office anywhere and the pictures are just for show. The office in mahipalpur is just a 1 room set with nothing and no one present. They claim to have an office in palam vihar as well but there also no trace.
Shyam comes for a survey, look at the inventory and commits for a 19 feet truck and shares pictures of neatly wrapped items - plastic wrapping and securing. On the day of moving they send a 14 feet truck - claim/lying that its a 17 feet truck.
From 7 AM to 2 PM they were still packing stuff despite the fact that many smaller items had already been packed by us. They could not figure out that they would need another truck to complete the loading. Hence half the stuff will now have to be moved the next day. At 3 PM they tell us that they need another truck which can only come in tomorrow.
They have no idea how to pack kitchen materials and half our stuff was covered in oil and ghee because they thought they could seal it with just a single tape. Stuff started breaking even before we had left our house.
Now 'Shivam' the supposed owner calls us for money - first time to get CNG filled - i deny saying that payment only after moving because i dont even know if they will come back the next day. On reaching the new house 'Shivam' again demands for money because he needs to buy packaging items for another client - again i deny because there is no trust.
Next day after completing the moving 'Shivam' has the audacity to ask for more money for making 2 trips despite the fact that his own surveyor could not do the one job he has and they send the wrong sized truck and lied about it. I give them 1500 extra.
Unpacking was a complete disaster. an 18 year old boy was incharge of unpacking and he started randomply placing stuff here and there. Kitchen was filled with stuff from the store room. They then leave the boxes saying that they will collect it later when we are done and keep 90 rupees per box as a deposit (market price for a new box is 50 rupees per box). Now after 2 months of follow up to collect the boxes they have not come to collect, they dont have an office where i can drop those off to collect my money.
Major broken items : 2 large beds, 2 strong almirahs.
Please dont fall for sweet talks of Shivam - you will repent. I have more photos and videos and call recordings of their unprofessional behavior and plan to take this to the consumer court soon.
