I purchased a plan from this company...each employee do there work properly...they provide me best financial planning
I was confused whether to purchase individual health policy or family floater but executive discussed it very nicely and made me understood its benefit. It was overall a good experience as a customer.
It's a great experience as we have multiple options of buying policy from single platform. Great especially for motor experience
SMC insurance company is a farud company
Siraj from SMC, sold a policy to me but he did fake promises and set incorrect expectations.
He said after three years I can get full amount but when I actually checked it, I would be getting a surrender amount
Please do not buy any policies from this company
Very bad experience
Been there customer since 2011 and they have been collecting commission on Inaurance policy taken for over 12 years.
When I needed copies of policies the experience has been disastrous and mentally torturing
The email send to them returned undelivered as the mail box was full
Call made to them Connected me to Mr Bhupender Singh who was provided all the details of the requirements and asked me to connect to Mr Saurav Sharma
Mr Sharma does not answer his phone and has not read the WhatsApp message send to him on 3.3.26
Repeated attempts to get the document copies have not yielded any results
Is this the customer service which SMC provides.
Are the insurance intermediaries only there to take commission and then forget about the customers
The Insurance regulator @irdaindia should take note of this problem and help customers
