Ordered products from this company and regret it. Delivery was late, and the items received were of low quality. It feels like they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
Very bad service. Really regret choosing you. The overall experience was disappointing from the product quality to the service and communication. There were delays, lack of clarity, and no sense of accountability when issues were raised.
My experience with Siya Industries was frustrating mainly because of the delays and lack of communication. The delivery timeline kept getting pushed without any proper explanation. Every time I contacted them, I received vague responses or no response at all. It made the whole process stressful and unreliable, especially when the products were needed urgently. A company dealing with industrial and safety supplies should be much more organized and transparent.
Excellent Product and Quality very Supportive Employee.
Horrible service. I purchased a convex mirror the protectv film on top had scratches. I reconfirmed with them thrice before placing the order and they claimed to exchange and replace the product incase of any damages. Once the order was placed they refused point blank. They have no work ethics or morals. I would not recommend them to anyone
