Review: I recently purchased the almirah.The Steel quality is excellent—very sturdy and heavy. The internal storage is well-organized with shelves and a secure locker. The [Finish/Color] looks great in my bedroom. Delivery was prompt, and the installation was completed the next day. Highly recommended for anyone needing a long-term storage solution.
No after sales service. Big promises but very poor response. Doesn't picks up the phone if they know that the almirah needs service. We ordered wall to wall 4 almirahs and 2 with slider doors and one of the slider almirah's door were stuck since installation, didn't resolve the issue but stopped picking up the phone. I will not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money on these local people instead go for the reputed company if you need after sales service, which is required at some point of time. Very poor quality of material used.
Very very bad service- I got a cupboard installed but then I came back to the country, I saw that the wall had been broken and damaged below the cupboard and the door was not shutting. When I informed Jiten and Siddharat , they kept making excuses and did not fix anything despite the full payment being made and a one year warranty. I have filed a formal complaint against them .
