One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with. They make false promises and the maids they send are very rude and unprofessional. They take the commission upfront and then completely stop responding when you ask for replacement or support. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
The maid I got is very polite, comes on time, and does her work nicely which has made my daily life so much easier. What I liked most is that even after the service started, the team stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.
