I specially went to this store. Staff very incorporative and not interested in telling about goos.and tried to send to Sleepwell showroom for the same.
The staff here is not helpful, no matter how many times you call them, you do not get any response from their side.
These people are only interested in selling their goods; they do not provide any help after the customer and the goods leave the shop.
Will not recommend anyone here. They are not at all professional. They are very adamant in dealing with the customers. No flexibility at all. And always try to get more and more from the customer. Even they have shown us different furniture and boarded different one. Even transport charges are also double from the market. Not so good
We bought a center table from their shop. Though the table was a tad bit unfinished, but after highlighting this to the store owner, all the grievances were resolved. Even though it took time due to the festive season, we're really satisfied with their customer service. Thanks to the staff whi visited our home too.
