Very poor experience with ShipGlobal.
Before booking, they show 5-6 shipping options with different delivery times and charges. But in reality, all services seem to work the same way.
The biggest problem is customer support. They are very active and responsive when they want your payment. Once payment is done, getting support becomes very difficult.
If your shipment gets stuck or delayed, they simply say they are only a service provider and ask the consignee or customer to contact the courier company directly. Then what is the purpose of using ShipGlobal?
Also, it seems many Key Account Managers are hired as interns with very little knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry. Most of the time they are unable to provide proper answers or solutions.
Overall, once they receive your money, they don't seem to care whether your shipment gets delivered or not. Follow-ups are slow, accountability is missing, and customers are left on their own.
Would not recommend if you expect proper support after booking your shipment.
Super pathetic services, everyone here is like a government employee and they just simply make you chase someone or the other but will not do their job. Either they will delay in picking up the parcel or they will delay in sending the goods but delay for 1 month is also normal for them. Money they want upfront but services and system are unacceptable, had I an option to give them 0 stars, I would have given 0 or negative.
Service not good no take responsibility of parcels.
And Delay in delivery. Asking service package delivered 5-8 / 7-10 days but it take 10-15 / 20-25 days. And take advanced payment. so they not money back in delay service. company say only apology not claim amount. please Work with them at your own high risk.
Overall experience with ShipGlobal has been smooth and efficient. The platform is user-friendly and makes shipment management quite convenient. Timely updates and tracking features are especially helpful for maintaining transparency. However, there is scope for improvement in customer support responsiveness and faster issue resolution. With a bit more focus on these areas, ShipGlobal can deliver an even better user experience.
Never ever use this company unless you have too much money to waste and want to experience the worst service ever.
They call it shipping, but it’s more like a long drama. Pickup itself takes 1–2 days, and then you can forget about your package. The fake “estimated delivery” they show is 7–8 days, but in reality, it easily takes 1+ month. Tracking? Don’t expect updates for 7–15 days at a time.
I sent a parcel on 1st September—took 5 days just to reach Delhi, then it kept “dancing” in Delhi for 8–9 days. After that, one small update, then silence again. now its almost month
Whenever you raise an issue, you get a copy-paste reply like a bot:
“Thank you for reaching out… awaiting customs clearance… as this is a DDP shipment we need to finalize duties…”
And guess what? The same useless reply comes even after 10 days with zero progress.
Update 2: They only replied to my review with the same copy-paste response they use for every negative comment. Whenever they get bad reviews, a bunch of random 5-star ones suddenly appear — you can guess why. They seem more interested in faking positivity and hiding their mistakes rather than actually solving issues. It’s been over a month and a half now, and my parcel is still stuck with no resolution.
Their so-called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is just a trap—parcel doesn’t get delivered, but they happily take delivery charges. Because of them, my customer canceled the order, the parcel got stuck, and I ended up with an ₹8,000 loss.
If you want stress, loss, and robotic replies, go ahead. Otherwise—don’t fall into this trap.
