We planned our destination wedding in Jaipur entirely from the US, with no local presence, and couldn’t have done it without Manvir and his incredible team at Shanqh Events. From day one, he made the process seamless and enjoyable.
Manvir personally guided us through venue selection — arranging remote video tours with resorts and providing invaluable insights about weather, settings, and logistics that would work best for us. Throughout the planning journey, his team supported us across every aspect — guest management, logos and invites, décor design, food selection, color schemes, entertainment, photography/videography, MC bookings, and overall event management.
He was extremely organized, keeping us updated via WhatsApp, weekly calls, and shared Google Sheets, ensuring we were always in the loop. More than just executing our vision, Manvir offered thoughtful feedback and creative suggestions on the hundreds of decisions we had to make, helping us strike the perfect balance between elegance and practicality.
What truly stood out was how he went above and beyond. He helped plan parts of our trip outside the wedding — coordinating our car and driver, building a multi-city itinerary, and even helping our international guests with their travel and sightseeing bookings, making sure they felt welcome and safe.
Manvir was also mindful of our budget, negotiating with vendors without ever compromising on quality. During the events themselves, he ensured we could fully enjoy our moments — stepping in to handle last-minute resort or food/drink decisions so we didn’t have to stress.
The five wedding events were flawlessly executed, each with its own unique theme, décor, and color palette — all stunning. Entertainment, DJs, and MCs were perfectly curated, and every guest’s individual requests were managed gracefully. His team’s thoughtfulness shone through — from sending food to our room while we were getting ready, to swiftly handling a last-minute weather issue by moving an outdoor event indoors without losing any of the décor or ambience.
The venue — Leela Palace, Jaipur — was breathtaking, and the food spread was exceptional.
We are deeply grateful to Manvir and the entire Shanqh team for making our wedding a tremendous success, and most importantly, for allowing us to truly enjoy it without stress. Our friends and family, from India and overseas, all said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended — and that says it all.

He created an incredible and lovely flower décor for the wedding. He particularly extended a warm welcome to the visitors. At that time, the service was excellent, and I was extremely impressed.

Worst wedding planner witnessed so far. They do not have any office, they call you to meet in the lobby of Eros Hotel. Moreover the person who's handling decor will do all the hardwork and another one Mr. Singh will only offer you fake promises. Won't able to complete the work within time due to lack of teamwork and planning. If you are planning to marry twice then yes you can hire them or else go for someone else because they simply say "next time we'll not repeat those mistakes"!!
