Very Good Service Equipment Company.Support Staff is very Good .And Very Good Elgi Compressors price company .
NEVER EVER BUY compressor from this company (from Elgi and especially from SEC).. you will get trapped for life.. their "service" is a joke.. if you have a problem in a part worth 10 rs/50 rs they will still "suggest" you to buy parts worth 10 to 15000 from Davy air service (another one of their companies).. plus service charge.. or better yet "amc".. (so that they can keep "suggesting" more parts) -- and the same parts you can't find locally, every part will cost 2-3 times what it actually costs.. plus they will keep increasing the price of these parts according to their whim.. and this they will keep doing forever.. and you don't have any choice.. the part will stop working in few months and then the whole cycle will repeat.. then they will even suggest buying another (different) compressor from them.. engineer's attitude is "take it or leave it, I don't care" -- if you don't get it done from them you still have to pay the service charge because the guy came and checked the "problem".. the fact that such a company and business model is even allowed to exist is criminal.. tell every single one of your customers and suppliers to never buy from them.. we will do the same and write this review in every website where it's possible
1 star because there is no option for 0 star. No professionalism from there service representatives.& As I went through company background.
They focus more on online marketing, rather than their products. Too less remuneration to their employees.faulty spare parts. Final result is that ,you will loose money & more importantly you will loose your time.
