I had a terrible experience with this company. First, they gave us the wrong hearing aid device, which was completely different. When we reached out to get the correct product, instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to scam us further with excuses and delays.
Not only was the product incorrect, but their customer service was rude and unhelpful, refusing to take accountability. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of. For a product that is so personal and essential, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I strongly do not recommend buying from this company. Save yourself from unnecessary stress and find a more trustworthy provider.
