I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Sakshine Energy. The company has dishonestly taken ₹6.84 lakh of my hard-earned money under the pretext of providing an on-grid solar connection. I’ve also come across several other customers who have faced similar issues with them.
The owner, Rajesh, and their sales representative, Ravi, have shown complete disregard for ethical business practices and consumer rights. Instead of refunding my money, Rajesh even suggested that I file a court case against him, seemingly confident that no action would be taken.
I have already filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline and Waaree, and I intend to pursue this matter legally. Consumers should exercise extreme caution and avoid dealing with this company.
